very professional. Bob was here the same day I called him. He replaced a part on our dryer which had been running roughly and so noisy for months. He was polite and very neat. This is a great company and I would call them again.

There are countless things to consider such as honesty, integrity, knowledge, timeliness, certifications, courteousness, fair pricing, acceptable methods of payment, willingness to accomodate schedules, and follow through with promises. Their work was also guaranteed and any and all questions were answered with patience and knowledge. Prompt Appliance Service has not only met, but exceeded, our excpectations. We had a broken appliance for months because the task seemed so overwhelming. We had been told it was broken and now worth repairing. Bob Tetreault had it up and running very 'promptly', saving us hundreds of dollars. I will immediately call upon this company if we are ever in need of appliance services without hesitation.
