Dr Housely and her staff were excellent. They were able to work with my dental insurance provider and it cost me almost nothing. True, I lost a tooth, but absolutely everything was explained beforehand; in high resolution to my satisfaction. And there was no pain. I hate pain! I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Housley and her dental staff are very nice. The office staff and billing people are terrible! They incorrectly told me they were in network, and i did not find out otherwise until my fourth visit. After I was told by the dentist that I needed a root canal and crown, the billing lady told me it would be $300 after insurance. I agreed to that work for the stated price. The dentist proceeded to give me root canal and temporary crown. I was then informed that my original treatment plan did not cover the crown and I would need to pay another $500 before they put in the permanent crown. Although the billing staff eventually worked with me, it was not until after much stress. I needed to make 4 trips total to have this work complete, which seems like a lot. Further, my appointments were never on time. Every visit, I had to wait for 30 minutes at reception until I was taken back. I could understand maybe once, but late every appointment! That tells me they don't value my time.

Friendly staff and nice location, however, completely disorganized in the office. After telling me that my insurance would cover my cleaning, they decided that wasn't the case. I made my appointment time, only to have to leave because of the billing mix up. After spending an hour on x rays on the prior exam, it's a shame that I won't get to see if the dentist is actually capable.

GREAT OFFICE!!!!! DR. MATTHES IS SO COMPASSIONATE, KIND, FUN. THE STAFF IS GREAT. THE OFFICE IS BEAUTIFUL AND SO RELAXING. EVERYONE SHOULD WANT TO GO TO THE DENTIST AFTER SEEING DR. MATTHES. YOU GET A HAND MESSAGE, WARM PILLOW AROUND YOUR NECK, WARM TOWELS, COLD BOTTLE WATER AND AT NO CHARGE. WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
