        Overall

        I used Hannaford's Pharmacy for the first---and last---time yesterday. 10 minutes in line to get waited on, 10 more minutes of waiting while the clerk chatted with friends, then couldn't use known defective scanner, repeatedly failed in hand entering in data, total indifference to customer service. Asked to speak with Head Pharmacist, could see person at rear of Rx Area, but they "were not available" so I walked out, never will I return. If you LIKE to waste your time, if you LIKE uncaring incompetence, then you'll LOVE Hannaford's Pharmacy.
