        Tony Smith the owner of Rolling Hills was dating a girl, he was so stupid and ignorant, she left him for another woman. He let his work go when he realized he couldnt keep her, and he told me this information in the first day he finally showed up. His work is disgusting, the crew didnt show up, either on time or even the right day. I called to get resolution to the problems I was having, I couldnt get a intelligent word out of him. Totally immoral and loss of ethical values. Will never use them again and will never recommend.
