Love this place...I went in got fresh hot food as well as awesome customer service.The owner as well as his employees are very friendly and make sure you get what you came for and laughter to go along with it. They also can cook food right when you Order and Pay.To comment on the reviews below i dont see where you stated that you placed a down payment on your orders placed to hold it. I dont personally know of any business that will hold a order for you without a down payment being placed. So if your calling selling their products to other PAYING CUSTOMERS to satisfy the business as well as the customers,If u call that bad service that i would hate to see what you call good service..iM ALWAYS TAUGHT IF THERES MONEY TO BE MADE MAKE IT.

We had a surprise party planned for my boyfriends father. The party was on a saturday so we placed an order for 2 bushels on Tuesday. The employee stated that we could pick them up any time on Saturday. At 1:30 on Saturday we went to get the oysters and the clerk stated that they sold the only ones they had that morning. After informing the clerk that we had preordered the oysters, he stated that he knew that someone was supposed to pick them up that afternoon(and even knew our last name-who had placed the order)but that he sold them anyway that morning. That left us empty-handed at the last minute for a surprise party. The employees were rude and I suggest not to go here if you need dependabliity

I called Carolina Seafood Mart and asked for them to order me some fish. They said to come by on Thursday to pick it up. I came by, my fish wasn't there, and they had no record of my order. I spoke to the owner and told him that I had some guests in town and this fish was for them. The owner said he would contact me the next day, after checking with some of his local distributors. I called him 2 days later, as he had not called me back. He said "I never heard back from my distributor. Sorry. Bye" and then hung up. Obviously he's not interested in my business, and we would have purchased a lot of seafood from him on a regular basis.
