Caring For Cats

Caring for Cats is the best feline vet in town bar none! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, very clean! When my Osiris was dying the emergency vet in town wanted to put him to sleep when I couldn't come up with 2300 dollars on the spot! I waited until morning & took him to see Dr. Hartman who saved his life. Even with three days in the hospital it was a small fraction of what the emergency vet wanted. Dr. Hartman is retired now & could seem gruff to humans but she obviously loved them cats! My Ninja was treated well when I had concerns about her health. I highly recommend Caring for Cats!

great place to go....best vet in town...been going there for years ..wouldn't trade it for the world....

Took my cat here because he was showing symptoms of a fever, Dr. Hartman seemed to be in a rush with my cat because there was an emergency coming in and was rude answering a few of my questions. Gave my cat some antibiotics and some water then said we were all set . Brought my cat home and he died before the end of the night. He was only a couple years old.

I have been takeing my cats here for over 30 years they show the very most concern for my pets then where ever I have taken my pets before

I took 2 foster cats to get their shots and spayed yesterday and was 1 hr early and they still took me right in and since I drove 1.5 hrs it was nice! They were good with both my cats and even had compassion when I had bad test results for one of them! Wish my local vet was as caring! After reading some bad reviews before I went I'm glad I checked the place out myself!!

Dr. Betsy Arnold and her staff are the best! I have been going to her with my Persians cats for the last (at least) 20 years. They have treated my cats wonderfully. Dr. Arnold is a very caring and sincere vet. I would highly recommend her and her business.

I have taken my cats here for more years than I can remember., Both Doctors are very professional and thorough. While Dr Hartman may appear cold, she is very dedicated and will follow up personally. I pay to get good, effective care, which they are given, not a neighborly visit. The facility is very clean & I have yet to find any urine odors.

I love the laid back all cat atmosphere. Their cats are all over the place sleeping and playing and hanging out. The staff is very friendly, caring and accomodating . My cats get great care and will continue to use their services. Leslie

Having been recommended this place by friends (especially for best pricing), I paid my first visit to CFC yesterday and was very pleased with everything. I was taking in a stray cat that needed health check, shots, neutering etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions. Facilities were clean. Dr. Hartman and her assistant were both pleasant and efficient. i have no complaints. I even think my cat enjoyed it there! Hardly any waiting either for drop off and pick up. Thanks CFC :)

Caring for Cats takes pretty good care of the cats, but I would NOT recommend seeing Dr. Hartman. She's cold, seems to be uncaring, and unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I will never see her again.

I hear Dr. Arnold is great, so my next appt is with her. If I'm not happy with her, I will be taking my cat to another vet without a doubt.

I haven't been going here long and if I wasn't moving out of state soon I'd go here every time. Yes it does have a cat pee odor but I don't find it so bad. It is a place for cats after all. I started using this vet because I fostered some kittens for GRASP and that is their veterinary office of choice for their kitties. I eventually adopted two of my fosters and they will go there until I move. Recently I had to take one of my cats to the emergency vet in Henrietta and when I said I would be taking my cat there for further treatment the dr spoke highly of Caring for Cats. The prices are great too!
