My wife and I were on vacation for our anniversary when our power steering pump bracket bolt broke and left us stranded. I was concerned that being stuck in an unfamiliar area we would be ripped off. Not only did they get the job done for way less than I expected, they even gave us a ride to the airport to get a rental car while the repairs were being done. My experience with them restored a little bit of my faith in the integrity and honesty of humankind. Refreshing.

Absolutely the WORST service i have ever seen in my life, and their mechanics are severely lacking in experience and knowledge. Little did they know that i used to build engines and I am an excellent mechanic, but i was tired after work, and did not wish to repair my own vehicle on my own time, so i thought to give the task to them, I even picked up the parts for them. First they took 5 hours longer to look at it then what they told me initially, then after all that time, they told me that they could not fix it, and it was beyond their capabilities. All i needed was a broken starter bolt extracted and replaced, 30 min fix, max. they ended up towing back to my house for me to fix, late in the day, after I had been up for 18 hours. I Did repair it in Exactly 25 minutes. My point was made, and they were proved incompetent.
