        I have had work done by Guaranteed Muffler and Hitch several times over the years and was always very satisfied.

        Becareful if you want them to work on your vehicle. They installed a Gooseneck hitch into our brand new 1-Ton truck. We found out after they cut a hole in our bed to install the Atwood Hitch they did not purchase the Engineered mounting kit. They used "C" Channel. When the hitch failed and destroyed our bed of our truck and putting our horses in danger. They just said "Oh Well" it must have been your fault. You over loaded the trailer. The hitch was rated for 25,000 lbs. We were not over 15,000. They would not take responsibility and they said they will replace the hitch at our cost and we would have to pay for installation. Yeah right. I would never trust them installing anything.

        Guaranteed Muffler and hitch ruined our truck. They installed an Atwood hitch with an unengineered mounting bracket and then welded it to our frame. The hitch ended collapsing and destroyed the bed of our truck. We now found out our warranty fo the frame of our truck is void due to the welding. We went back to them and they will not take responsibilty and they said they will replace the hitch but still charge us for it. No thank you. I will never let them work on my truck or any one of my friends vehicles.
