        Bait and Switch

        I've been going to this place for awhile because they are close to my house. For jeans, slacks, etc, they did a decent job. It always cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it seemed a fair price compared to other nearby tailors.
        However, I will no longer ever return here after a recent experience. I'd rather drive farther than deal with these people again. My mom had brought my wedding dress to the shop to get the fitting and alteration estimate. The older woman said dress alterations typically cost about $50. When I actually brought it in to get fitted, though, the younger woman insisted the actual cost would be three times that. I was so upset, because we had gotten the estimate and weren't concerned about it. I was short on time and had to stay, but it was incredibly unprofessional for them to insist on the higher, unexpected price. I would've been satisfied if she had even just been willing to meet us halfway. Total bait-n-switch. Stay far far away from this place, they are shady.

        I have tried to do business with them a few times. I brought my wedding dress in, (when they were finally there because they took half of December off and left outgoing voice message as is, letting me stop by several times only to find them closed) A man said he could not help me and I had to come back when his wife was there. NO HELPFUL> Then today, I need a dress for my daughter hemmed, the website I get says they are open on Sundays and no one answers, not a surprise. Seems like more of a hobby than a business? Disappointed again

        Bait and switch. I've been going here for a while, and they do a decent job with jeans and pants. Unfortunately, when I brought my wedding dress to be fitted, the initial estimate (mind you, they actually saw the dress) was $50, but later, when I came back to actually get the dress fitted, they insisted the cost would be three times that. I was so upset, especially because my wedding was getting close and I didn't have the time to find and go to a different place. It was very frustrating and unprofessional for them to refuse to even try to meet me halfway between the two estimated costs.

        They did an incredible job. I had a bridesmaid dress that was about 3 sizes too big and they were able to make it fit perfectly. I would definitely go there again.

        They fixed two pairs of dress slacks for me which I had taken previously to 2 other tailors and had no success. They did a wonderfull job, and were very nice. I recommend them highly!!!

        i've taken my clothes there a few times, and the quality of work was perfect each time. they offer same day service AND they kept the original hem on my designer jeans! wow!
