In a recent, and only experience with this agent representing the sellers, as a home inspector for the buyers, this agent decide to take upon herself to try and tarnish the reputation of Entropy Concepts LLC home inspections. Entropy Concepts LLC home inspections has a reputation of being honest ,thorough,and reliable. Our client (the buyer) was pleased with the report that Entropy Concepts LLC home inspection provided.
The electrician replaced an afci in the breaker panel and wrote on the invoice (replaced needed afci) , the roofer was still not done with the repairs found on the roof at time of re-inspection, the exterior synthetic stucco peeling off the side of the home was repaired, the condensation tubes that were missing from both of the a/c heater combination units was installed stopping continued deterioration of the the units, a contractor at time of re-inspection was still sealing the transitions between one building material and the next.
Then the gall to make comments like " had to hire several contractors to dispute the findings on the report." is, in the opinion of Entropy Concepts LLC home inspections,an attempt to tarnish the reputation of an honest , reliable , thorough, inspection company with half truths and deception.
