Lyndsay the owner is awesome. She is a black belt AND has the skill to teach. I have only experienced her class but there are other instructors so there are a variety of times!

The studio itself is small but you have to sign up for class so never over crowded. It is VERY clean and doesn't smell :P. You can sign up using the mindbody app which is great...who calls anyone anymore?!

I took a free class and then purchased 5 classes for a discounted price. I received a pair of gloves with that too! I have since signed up for monthly membership with unlimited classes! It is a contract so you are obligated for the period of time, but if you go out of town or something happens they will add on to your time to make sure you get what you pay for. They were VERY clear with the contract which is nice.
