Summerdale Apartments

I don't know what to say first about this disgusting place.... I was there for 2 almost 3 years and within that time frame there was 3 different office mangers. I do not recommend anyone to consider this property, the kids are very disrespectful and ghetto they have taken over(like roaches). The security company that's there supposedly there to patrol the area doesn't do shit but sit in the car the whole time....trash is constantly all over the ground and last but not least....they will lie to keep your security deposit. This place is pure TRASH!!!! Do not move there...,,

The worst!!!! Office management is awful!!! Everything about this place has gone down hill in the past couple of years! I would not recommend this place at all!

The office very unproffessional you get fines for cats n raccoons jumping n the trash n pulling ur trash out...the cameras dont work so ppl destroy ur property n get away with it n all they say is we dont have to have them.....the new office manager put ppl out for the least lil thing thats y everyone moving out i should have listen first wen ppl were saying dont move here
