The Marquis At Waterview

I really enjoyed my time living here. I had the A1 floor plan and got a price on it I was very happy with. Also, surprising for this area, I never had any problems with bugs/roaches, so I guess their pest control is just really effective (because I know I'm not that clean).



Never had any problems with the apartment and maintenance was quick to respond to the little issues that came up from time-to-time.



The one semi-serious thing happened when I returned from a weekend trip and found that my bedroom carpet had somehow flooded during a storm. I called the emergency line (it was the middle of the night) and they had someone out within an hour with fans and water-suckers. It wasn't dry enough the next day, so the property manager offered for me to go buy some box fans at Target and said she would deduct the price from my rent.



The property is very quiet and a nice place to live. Never had any problems with noise, crime, or other crap that sometimes plagues these sorts of complexes.
