City Nails

I had an appointment for 2pm for mani/pedi. I was not seen until 2:30, and I asked to have my nails done first ( so they get good and dry) but they would not do that. They insisted that I had to have pedi first. That did not make me happy. The pedi was fine, but I was not happy about the service, so I did not stay for the mani. I should be able to have what I want - I am the customer, after all! And to make me wait 30 minutes, when I had an appointment, and they didn't say a word about the wait - no apology or anything. I won't be going back.
