Kitchen Tune Up

I had my cabinets refaced by KTU. The corners of the veneer were not sticking. I called them to come out. I showed them by taking the tip of my finger and flicking the veneer. I felt as though they were accusing me of it not sticking because I flicked it. It it had been glued tight, I could have never flicked it to start with. There are other areas that look pittiful. They came out 5 times and ended up blaming me. They had blocked my e-mail from coming through. (on AOL) I know this because the sign came up that said I was blocked. I sent an e-mail from my daughters screen name and it went through and I checked to see if it had been read. I filed small claims, due to a mix up on court rooms, I was in the wrong one. By the time I got to the right one, the case was dismissed and Mark was gone. I appealed the decision and we went to arbitration. The result was that the pictures I had was not sufficient to win the case, or prove them at fault, therefore dropped. I then visited a lawyer, that told me, I should have come at the beginning, especially since we were talking about $4,000. The lawyer told me that since I had already been to arbitration, the only step left was a jury trial. The cost of a jury trial is to much. I wish I had consulted a lawyer to start with, especially since I have a 5 yr. Warrantee that they are not upholding. In court, they tried to tell how I was bi-polar and had depression, hard to work with and in general crazy. I did feel crazy after you have to call someone back to your house 5 times and the job is not right. My number is 919-365-6342. Just call me to make an appt. to see my cabinets.
