I have been going to the dentist office for about three years, and for the most part, I haven't had any issues, up until about. Year ago...to date. First, the dentist turnover rate has been high. I've had about four different docs within the last 3 years. Second, I will come in for one issue, in which the office is aware of and already has a treatment plan; however, they require 2 SEPARATE appointments. It's almost as if they are double dipping my pockets as well as the insurance's pockets. Most recently, I came in for a chipped tooth but experienced pain on the other side. The dentist told me to figure out where the pain was coming from and then told me to reschedule to treat the chipped tooth. Keep in mind, this was for a tooth that they were already aware of and knew what needed to be done. They don't have a true Sense of care and just try to rush in and out to move on to the next patient, swiftly. Nonetheless, I have transferred my dentist office effective immediately.
