Staff: are all over the place, need to wait for them

Some staff are friendly but Keely, she does not like to be bother nor deal with her job while smiling.

99% of their arcade machines are broken, no signs of "OUT OF ORDER" available to any machines that are broken. General manager name Chris failed to be a manager for not overseeing the problems and the attitude of the staff.
