Trents Tires

I remember going there last year and having them help me get the air pressure in my tires right for free, but this time I decided to get them to do my oil change. I received great service. While the did the oil change they checked the car over for free, then when they called the man spent about 20 minutes patiently explaining everything that could use work and what he would do in my situation. He even offered me a discount on some things. I just received a text from them about a week after being there, thanking me for my business. I talked to 3 different people there and everybody was very helpful. One of them came out and gave me some advice when I went to pick up the car too.

y wife called and asked what the wait was for a standard oil change and they answered saying that it wasn't busy and would be quick. She hauled the two kids down there and asked again what the wait would be and they answered that there was only one car in front of us and it shouldn't take long. An hour and 45 minutes later my wife drove off. The people were nice, and I am sure the oil change was well done, but if I want to wait for an hour and a half to get an oil change I will go to Walmart where I have a place to manage my kids. The thing that prompted me to take the time to write this review was their comment that the reason it took so long was because our oil filter is in a "hard to reach place". I have changed the oil on that car myself and I found it was easy, and that was with a junky oil filter wrench. The only thing that statement tells me is that this business makes pathetic excuses for its unprofessional and inept technicians, or they are lying to make me feel like it was ok

I agree, they are awesome and I trust them completely. They have done great work on our car at great prices. They are a bit unorganized when it comes to getting back to people. They try to give you the quickest time possible, so it often takes much longer as cars often run into problems. They could write a few things down more often because if Ray isn't in, nobody else knows what you are talking about.

I LOVE these guys. I don't take my car anywhere else. I trust them with my vehicle and my wallet. I know they're gonna tell me everything I need to know and kindly explain it to me. I'm a girl so I don't know everything about cars, but I never ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of or patronized here. And I never suspect shady conduct or uncouth behavior of any kind. Ray himself is awesome! And the rest of the staff is fantastic. Friendly, efficient, talented, and down-to-earth. When you take your car to get worked on, you're trusting the staff with your safety; I trust all these guys with my life.
