I was sold into a contract that had one price told to me and another one after the contract was signed and they came to do the first service. On top of that 3 out of the 4 visits for the year happened when no one was home. So with having dogs in the back yard there was no way they did full service visits when they came back out to my house. But they did how ever charge me full price for coming out to my house. And then when I called them after my year of un happy service when my contract was up and they could not charge me to cancel no one would cancel. The lady on the phone said it was another department. But when transferred and waited on the phone just to be hung up on. Called again and the same thing. Ask to be able to call the cancel nation department myself was told I could not. Was told they would call me in a time frame given. I waited the time frame given for nothing to happen. I still have not heard back from them to cancel my service. NEVER AGAIN!!!
