James Gibney's Discount Tree Trimming

I mailed a check to this company for some clearing they did on a lot I own in Port St. Lucie. I mailed them a check with the promise that they would send me a receipt with their company name on it so that I could then mail it to City Hall, which was citing me for the overgrown vegetation on my lot. I sent them a self addressed stamped envelope together with my check. I made 4 phone calls and 4 times they promised to mail it. Needless to say, I 'm still waiting.
