A1A dry cleaners & Laundry

Hi there, my name is beth sosa, ive been working for a1a for a little over 2years now,i have to tell you .we are a 5star buissiness,we work very hard to make sure our cutomers are completely satisfied. The new owner doug is awesome,he helps when it gets busy .very nice person in all .i couldnt of asked for a better boss..come and check us out..��������

This company "cleaned" my suit, I knew of one particular spot that was dirty when I gave it to them and when I got it back it was still dirty. I had to return a pair of pants 3 times because a repair I got kept coming undone. Most recently, I took in 5 ties and 3 pairs of pants. After a week I heard nothing, I called "all we have are 4 ties." About 10 days in I show up, "all I see are 4 ties." Near a month later I got back my pants and 4 ties - keep in mind they never called to notify me. I'm still missing a tie! Whats worse is I have still not heard anything, it's like they're trying to avoid me. A smart man learns from his mistakes, a wise man from the mistakes of others. I'm not telling you not to use this company, but if you do and have a bad experience, consider it your fault.

Great location. extremely clean and friendly. Nice machines. Nice prices on dry cleaning and wash and fold they will even pick up your laundry and and deliver it back to you. They also have a nice selection of books snd mags to read while you wait!
