Great Place! to service your car I recommend it. I am a single mother of two kids, was traveling with my 9 year son and my car started smoking and overheating, I call my neighbor for help and he recommend it Usa Tires, he said they are honest people and very fair with their prices, when I got their, they look at my car and notice that I need it a radiator hose. they took care of it and check my fluids and my tires. something that I appreciate is the fact they help me right a way. Did not had to wait long, I was in and out in a reasonable time. I am very satisfy with their service would recommend this place and come back again.

Very disappointed! I went there to change a bearing and I better live it in the way it was before. They sad the bearing I bring it was defective . I think they are defective not the part I bring it! I do not recommend to anyone!

I initially went to USA Tires a few months ago because my air conditioner was blowing warm air. They told me I needed a new compressor. I paid the $963.00. About two months I had the same issue again. I went back again, this time they said it was the wiring to the compressor. I was a little frustrated at this point, but I let them fix it. Two days ago I started having the issue again. Now I've spent over $1000.00 and the problem still wasn't fixed. I took it back to them. I left my car there for 8 hrs. All I wanted was a diagnosis and an estimate. When I got there to pick up my car, they couldn't even gone me that!!! I spoke to the manager James who was quite rude! I had been going there for years, and spent thousands of dollars there. I've been on management before and I know you don't speak to customers how he spoke to me! Needless to say, when I picked my car up, it now has a new issue that it didn't have when I dropped it off. I'm totally disgusted!

I went to get an oil change and new brakes.

Very friendly and they recommended an alignment, they pointed out how bad my tires were.

I would definitely come back. They are very professional. I drive my grandchildren so my car needs to be perfect!!

WORST, TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO DO BUSINESS, THEY MADE A MISTAKE LEAVING ALL MY SCREWS LOOSE AND I HAD A BIG OIL LEAK, THEY TOLD ME SOMETHINGS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG. WENT TO TIRE KINGDOM THEY SHOWED ME ALL THE SCREWS WERE LOOSE AND SHOWED ME THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A GASKET ALTHOUGH THEY CHARGED ME AND IT CLEARLY STATES IT ON THE RECEIPT.. WHEN I RETURNED TO THEIR BUSINESS, THE MANAGER WAS VERY ARROGANT AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP. I WASTED TIME AND MONEY, AND NOW HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER PLACE TO FIX THEIR JOB. DO NOT COME HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent place to take my car in for service, Great people and very helpful, their prices was right and their quality of work is excellent took my car in for an overheating problem and they were able to identify the problem right a way; and was able to get my car back with in a couple of hours. Will recomend them and will go back for other services. Great Job!!
