Deegan Roofing

Had 2 appointments with them to come look at some repairs I needed done on soffit, took half a day off from work on November 5th for them to come at 9am to give estimate, never showed up, no calls , nothing, got in touch with them finally 4 hours later, woman said there was never appointment made and they had worker call out sick etc., set up new appointment for Saturday the 20th , was told they'd be here by 11:45, another no show. left messages , still waiting for a response.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Completed the job without tarping the house and caused major damage. Also did not complete the job properly- absolutely awful- stay away!

Reception consists of middle school dropouts. Must be owner's kids how they get away with such lack of competence & professionalism. Work was shabby. Deegan came back three times to repair the same two gutter leaks, paying them over $300 for what looks like some glue that never worked. Asked Repairman to provide cell phone number so we wouldn't have to deal with Reception if there continued to be a problem. Repairman claimed he's heard numerous complaints about Reception. Sure enough, the next rain storm had the same two leaks and Repairman lied, provided wrong cell phone number. Would never do business again with Deegan. Wanted to warn others, Deegan may come quick and 'seem' to resolve/repair quickly but don't expect them to make good on their shabby work if something goes wrong.‎
