Every year for the last 6-7 years, our kitchen sink has backed up. I called Mark at Choice yesterday to make an appointment to have the sink and line rodded. Today, Mark called me to let me know they were on their way and approximate arrival time. Mark and Dan inspected the basement lines to determine if there was a problem with the line below the kitchen sink. They discovered that the line did not have the correct pitch. In fact, they discovered that there was an area of the pipe that actually pitched down, then pitched up, then back down again which would allow the build up of pipe debris...Within a short period of time, the sink was unclogged and the line in the basement was re-pitched. I am very grateful for this type of service. When the work was completed, the areas of the project(s) were cleaned and neat and lights turned off. They were prompt, professional (but very friendly and informative), clean, and cost effective. I would not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
