We Do Taxes

I have been doing my taxes with these people for four years now and I can say the they are very knowledgeable about every tax situation possible. I have a very complicated tax situation because I have several rental homes which lose money every year but my tax return is always very helpful because the Loomis family are very meticulous and ask so many questions about every possible tax deduction. So many questions in fact that I get tired before they do. I must say that most years I am there at least for 2 hours. They charge per form but will let you know if a certain deduction is not worth the money because maybe the form is more expensive than the money being returned for the item. I would say that is pretty honest! On average I've received anywhere between $5000 - $10,000 dollars back and have only been charged between $350 to $500 for the service. Keep in mind that I get a higher than average refund because of the losses on my properties; but for what they charge me I don't believe I could get it cheaper anywhere. The best time to see them is early evening because after that, they are pretty worn out, they have many loyal customers and are very busy. They work right out of their modest little home in Phoenix, I live in Goodyear and travel more than a half hour to see them because I've read some really bad reviews on most tax preparation services.
