Driver arrived within an hour. Very professional and courteous. Driver even followed me most of the way to store to replace bad battery. Above and beyond the rest in my book.

Good Sam Road Assistance uses Quik Pik Towing & they did a superb job. They were timely & professional & efficient. If I every need a tow I will use this firm again.

The individual who so calls herself a supervisor I think I recall the hideous name of Julie decided to cancel my tow service after she was so unbelievably rude I think I've been treated better at Walmart.. I have been waiting for this service for 4 hours AFTER the sent the first tow truck that told us they were unable to help us and this so called company ran by Julie sent a second tow truck and after 30 minutes of it being late and being angry over the phone when Julie stated, "well maybe if the individual I spoke to wasn't being a snot..." she decided to cancel our service and hung up the phone on us.. unbelievable!!!

Check their yelp reviews. The only reason this company is in business is becasue they have a contract with dps. I Had my truck impounded. Called asked what i needed to do to get my truck back. Jamie and kelly tell me bring down your id after arguing the fact that i wasnt the owner of my vehicle because when they ran the vin my husbands name comes up, after explaining were both registered owners she tells me ok then very rude and condescending, just bring your id then. So i get my family to drive four hours from show low to help me tow my truck because ive never done this before, we get up there and they tell me i need proof of ownership, my registration! Friggn wow. News to me as they told me who was registered on in inthe first place. Mind u this is an added fourty minute drive from my house, i eventually end up talking to the owner(?) and he starts telling me theres rules in place and i need to contact dps... what?????? No. Actually your workers need to communicate properly to the customer... especially when they specifically call and ask exactly what they needed to pick up thier truck. But most importantly, Instead of making excuses and talking to me like im stupid, yelling at me becasue my husband laughed at you, cussed me out and hung up on me when all i wanted was to say what is in my reviews on bbb, yelp, yp,dps and soon anywhere else i can put it. saying im sorry we should have mentioned that becasue you called and specifically asked, human error that happens. but no they tried to blame ME and make excuses. Pathetic. Cant even take resposibility for a simple mistake ... beware my ten year old takes more responsibility for her actions.
