We used them when they were Bobbys and continue to use them for supplies. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We do not use their service department, However they tell us what we need and it works every time.

We, unfortunately, had a horrible experience. We were charged repeatedly for repairs that were never done to render the pool functional. We lost tenants in our rental home because of it. I finally terminated them at our primary home after repeatedly trying to get our home service personnel to address the high chlorine issue that was literally staining the tiles around the pool. They were non-responsive to our concerns.
