Total ripoff firm.. charged over $250 for and $11 part and bumped the service call charge by 100% ...and that was the good stuff

I scheduled someone to inspect a refrigerator I have that was out of warranty. My refrigerator's fridge side was not cooling and icing was forming in the vent holes. The tech Charlie came in, and without any voltmeter diagnostics and so forth he said that it was a bad evaporator assembly which would cost us $636 to repair with parts. He invoiced $55 for this "service call". I was fine with that since that diagnostic would save me time in repair it in case I do it myself.

I replaced the evaporator fan assembly. And of course, this didn't fix the issue. I figured out how to run the diagnostics on it, and figured that the old evaporator assembly was working fine.

The diagnostic/inspection they charge me for was crap and a waste of money. If I had him fix it, this review could've turned positive, maybe. But this is based on the diagnostic itself. A tech not doing the due diligence of inspecting what exactly what was wrong with appliance gives these zero stars. It's pretty much not doing the job.

I wouldn't use this company ever again, and hopefully anyone that reads this as well.
