We contacted Angela in early December 2008. My wife and I both had 780+ credit up until about 11 months ago when the wheels fell off our business. Everything snowballed in a hurry, which affected every facet of our life, and bankruptcy became the best and most beneficial scenario. She understood our situation, educated us about the process, the timeline, and what to expect, and she has done everything she said she would. Although we have not received discharge papers yet, which definitely is not her fault, she has made our rough time not quite so bad.
