        Overall

        I was in a severe car accident. After being discharged from the hospital, I knew I needed to get a lawyer. I've never dealt with a law firm and thought they we all the same; I expected the worst. I decided to use Goldberg and Osborne since there was an office close to my house. I'm glad I did. My case was a bit complicated and Marc and Julia kept me in the loop every step of the way. I never had to deal with any the other persons' insurance company, they set me up with Physical Therapy and follow-up Doctors. I just did my part and they did theirs, with swiftness. It honestly was a great experience. I would recommend them hands down.

        I used Goldberg & Osborne for a vehicle accident case. I met with Marc Kamin and he explained everything in" Layman terms" making it exceptionally easy to understand. Between Marc and his assistant Kim I was kept up to date on each change or process that was taking place via phone and/or office visits. At no time did I feel defeated or misrepresented by this firm. Marc gets an A+ for the service he provides. I would definitely use Goldberg & Osborne again.

        Goldberg and Osborne have been very successful when it came to litigating for me. Marc Kamin, in particular. Marc was always insightful and informative. He's always very meticulous, and kept me 'up to speed' regarding the process, and the progress. Marc's always asked my opinion before he 'made a move.' Over the years, Goldberg and Osborn (Marc Kamin in particular) have litigated three cases to my satisfaction. Using the same firm / attorney several times speaks volumes.
