Giovanni's Auto Body

Giovanni went out of his way to help me. He handles U Haul Rental trucks and when U Haul required that I pick up the truck and trailer I rented in a city approximately 15 miles away instead of at Giovanni's auto body shop, Giovanni stepped in and even picked me up at the ariport when U Haul left me stranded there. Do not trust U Haul but you can depended on Giovanni to be there for you and to do the best service he can and will get you on your way. This guy speaks volumns for the words "Customer Service." He is dependable, trustworthy and true to his word, just give him a try.

To whom it may concern: I had my 2007 Lincoln Town Car repaired by this shop after a terrible rear-end accident and they did an excelent job, on a timely manner, they promissed it to a certain day and they deliver it 3 days prior to agreement. I high ly recomend this company.
