Alaska King Crab House

They have the worst customer service that I have experienced. I called before going to see what time they close and if they had hard shell crabs. I was told by the person on the phone that they were not taking any telephone orders but they were open until 9:00 P.M. and that they had crabs!



I arrived there at 8:50 P.M. and the doors were lock and a man told me that they were close. I asked how can they be close when I was just told they were ope till 9:00 and the hours posted said 9:00. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager refused to come to the door. A lady came to the door and slammed the door in my face and began to argue with me.

I will never set foot in this establishment I don't care how good there seafood is!!
