Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

I can not imagine better service! The main sewer line to my house was clogged and sewage was backing up into my basement. it was a disaster. I called Roto-Rooter at 10am and they had a Technician at my house by 10:20 am. I could not believe it! The technician was very polite and proffesional. He asked a few questions, explained my opions, price, and got to work. 45 minutes later the line was cleared. He asked me to flush all the toilets and showed me that the line was clear. He checked all the lines and made sure that everything was clear, not just the main line that i called about. Service was guaranteed in writing and price was good. I definatly recomend these guys.

I called them at 630 and Dwight was at my door by 9pm. Terrel from office called twice to inform me his status of arrival. Very professional.

Dwight listened, discussed options and was extremely patient and professional. My drain was clear shortly after and he asked us to run water to assure that line was open and clear.

Would definetly call them again without hesitating.
