If I could give this place negative stars I would. We dropped off our comforter to get dry cleaned and when we picked it up I am 100% sure that the comforter that they gave us is the correct one. Our was not thin like this one and did not feel like a cheap crappy comforter. Our was expensive and soft and fluffy. This is rough and thin. I will NEVER use this place. I will go out of my way to make sure people know this place is terrible and steals your money and your stuff. The owner told me they never make a mistake which is a lie because they obviously did. I know what my comforter feels like and the one that they told me is mine is not mine. I just want my comforter back or money to buy another one. This cheap one is not what I bought when I purchased my actually comforter. This is completely wrong of them to give us the wrong one and tell me I’m wrong when I pick it up and see that this is definitely not mine.
