Mirror Finish Detailing

Mirror Finish Mobile Detailing provided us more that a "mirror finish".

The Detailing Representative informed us that the job was complete, but did not volunteer any information regarding the paint damage from the power washer during the detailing work. Actually, tried to say that the entire strip of paint missing from the door was "already there". (See damages photo on Yelp)

Called up Cedrick (owner) and explained that we'd like to work things out. We weren't upset as accidents do happen, and would like to find the quickest solution for the repair. Obtained an email address for him and sent a quote, which was not answered. Neither was my two additional phone calls and two text messages requesting we please work this out.

As mentioned from another damaged vehicle review (read on yelp), responding to customers with accidental damages caused by company representatives does not seem to be something their honor.

Its unfortunate that Mirror Finish does not understand the power and value of taking responsibility for accidents, which can propel their business to a whole new level.

Within our extensive and exhausting culture of Liability Disclaimers and "we're not responsible for anything we do while providing service", people are dying to find company's and services with INTEGRITY.

We've learned a lot and hope this information will assist others in preparing and protecting themselves from damages such as these.
