For Dr. Linda Huynh, the most enjoyable part about practicing medicine is building relationships with women and being an integral part of improving women’s health. The relationship between a physician and her patient comes from the cultivation of trust through education, compassion, and most important of all, mutual respect. She enjoys guiding her patients along throughout every aspect of life. Dr. Huynh was born and raised in Garland, TX. After attending Baylor University for her undergraduate education, she obtained her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. It was in those years that Dr. Huynh developed a passion for women’s health. She completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at Hofstra University Long Island Jewish Hospital in New Hyde Park, NY. During her residency, Dr. Huynh was awarded Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Resident Surgeon and Best Teacher Award. She also served as Administrative Chief Resident. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her interests include the practice of general obstetrics and gynecology, high risk pregnancies, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Huynh briefly practiced in Louisiana but has now returned back to Texas with her husband, two daughters, and two beagles. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and taking her children to experience new sights in her spare time.
