Overall

Despite the other reviews, we thought the delivery pizza was excellent. As a lifetime Pearl River resident, we have tried every pizza place in a five mile radius. Milano's pizza is, by far, the best!

GREAT! They even have Gluten Free Pizza! The restaurant is 180 degrees different from pizzeria side.. very nice, semi-formal.. DELISH calamari---best in Rockland.. Penne Vodka, Fish, etc.. ALL 100% positive feedback!

Very pleasantly surprised when I went to the restaurant side of Milano's (as opposed to the takeout side)! Expected a standard sit-down Italian restaurant and instead was handed a menu with excellent fare. Each dish was better than the next and the atmosphere was nice, it was Friday night and they had live jazz, good house wine, absolutely NOTHING to complain about! Will definitely go back.
