Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites

Best value for the best hotel in the Tri Cities. Have stayed there many, many times over the last 5 years and NEVER had an issue. Staff is helpful, friendly and eager to please. The GM is open to any suggestions to improve his guests' overall experience but there's little to improve. Some times Best Westerns are a little shady - NOT this one - clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy location to get to anywhere in Tri Cities.

One of the nicest places in town. Cant beat there breakfast. Employees are very friendly.

I stayed in this Hotel for a few weeks and enjoyed my cooked omelets - the dinners that were served on Tuesday nights - It's Clean - Close to so many places that I needed to go so it was convenient. Quiet.

I travel 2-3 weeks a month for business. I recently spent the week at the BW Pasco. My first time. What a pleasureable experience it was. The front staff was phenomenal. Informative, jovial, and quick on the uptake. My mornings started with sincere and upbeat greetings from the staff in the dining room. What a wonderful selection in the breakfast buffet. My room was perfect. My housekeeper professional with a good sense of humor. At first I thought the location was in the middle of nowhere. I quickly came to realize the location is perfectly central to everything. On my next swing thru, I will certainly stay here again. Thanks again!
