Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates, P.L.L.C. is a group of surgeons dedicated to providing excellence in medical and surgical care to our patients in an atmosphere of comfort, competence and warmth. We are specialists in the field of Orthopedic, Arthroscopic, Hand and Total Joint Surgery, Sports Medicine and Fracture Care. All of us are graduates of U.S. medical schools and board certified by our respective boards. Please check out our Physicians link for more information on each of our physicians. We welcome new patients! Certain insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider. Let us know if we can assist you in getting a referral if needed. You or your primary care physician can request an appointment by going to our online Patient Appointment Request form. You can also download and print our other intake forms on the Contact Us page and fill them out at your leisure prior to your first appointment. The two forms needed are our Patient History Form and Patient Demographic Form. Please complete our Online Request Form or call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible in order for us to reschedule that time slot. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and request that you arrive on time for your appointment as well. Should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled. Also, if you have had diagnostic tests, such as an MRI, please bring your films and report to your appointment. If you arrive without the films and report, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and understand that your time is very important, however, without this information, it makes it extremely difficult for your physician to diagnose your medical problem. Prescriptions and refills are issued during office hours only. Please call our office to request a refill before you run out of your current prescription. We have up to a 48 hour turn-around time on our prescription refills.
