Oasis Dental Care

This place sucks. I went in for a check up and cleaning. Just after checking my mouth with a metal prong for a minute. I was told I needed about $2,000 in dental work. What made me upset was that I didn't get x-rays or any kind of analysis that I could visually see. I couldn't even receive a basic cleaning and polish unless I paid for the other work(a $500 minimum). WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!

I can't say much about this establishment other than Rude, Insincere, Unprofessional, and Dishonest. That goes for the staff, and the dentist. I had a "New Line Smile" whitening package i purchased from an employee for $60 and had 6 months to take it to them. That whole entire 6 months turned into a wild goose chase. The receptionists were impolite and VERY unhelpful, never did the "reminders" like they said they would, and every excuse they made for the dentist was either a car accident, family emergency, or had to leave because he was sick. My last failed appointment was the same day the $60 package EXPIRED! I would've rather tarnished my money in mud than to give it to these Devils. Never go there PLEASE, until something gets done for the better there.

The worst dentist I have dealt with in Palmdale ,Over charges , does not like to do any work covered by insurance , never schedules appointments , and charged me over double what my new dentist charged for the same procedure on the tooth right behind the one he worked on , in fact my new dentist said my new work was more difficult due to the tooth having 5 roots . GO TO ANYONE ELSE !! he is the worse !!!!

I decided to try out this Dr. Pejman Mokhtar as a new dentist and he has screwed up my teeth and smile. He took off plenty of the enamel off my teeth and have made it very sensative now. The office staff is not friendly at all, and the doctor himself was very unprofesional. I Do Not Recomend this Doctor At ALL!

I went to Oasis Dental for a simple procedure. A visit that at the most should have been two trips turned into four with two reschedules. To top this off Dr. Mo was rude an unprofessional ! I would not step foot in his office again, I have never been to a dental office this bad.

A personal recommendation is always better than just taking your chances by choosing someone in the phone book. I am gladly recommending Dr. Mo because he is now our family dentist. My smile now looks shinier, healthier, younger, and cleaner since my deep cleaning (I didn't get a cleaning for too long- it was definitely time!) My two root canals were painless because Dr. Mo is expert at numbing the mouth. I don't do well with even a little discomfort or pain, so this was a relief. His office crew is so sweet and professional too. His nice, new office is in that pretty strip center between Sam's Club and WalMart, close to the SoupPlantation. Pricing is right in line with other dentists in the AV area, and his quality care is as good as what you would expect if you drove to the "best" dentist in Los Angeles.
