They were more than a repair shop they were my Volkswagon Faimly. Shannon is moving out of state, I wish him well, he is a good friend. Justin has gone back to workinig at a dealership (The Dark Side) Mike is working at Aforadable Alignment on Edgewater Dr. Thank God I could never trust anyone else with my car.
I first met Shannon 18 years ago when I had a TDI. I had been in the dealership so many times I was ready to sell the car. Their skill and honesty made them the only choice for quality volkswagon service. If you are a Volkswagon enthusist I cannot recomend a better Master Mechanic than Mike .

If I could rate enough stars to the moon and back I would! I took my car to another mechanic that said they knew how to work on Volkswagens. After almost $600.00 and my car still not fixed, I called Shannon. I was ready to send my Beetle (Betty) to the junkyard in heaven because I couldn’t afford anymore repairs. Shannon told me to bring it in and he would look at it. Shannon found the problem and fixed it! My horn hadn’t worked in a long time and when I got in the car and tried it, that was fixed also! Don’t trust just anyone that says they know how to work on Volkswagens. Trust me, take it to Full Throttle, they know what they are doing and price wise, more than fair and honest!

After getting shafted by a so called mechanic with 30 years experience, I called up Full Throttle & spoke to Shannon; I explained that my '98 Bug's got an oil leak, he told me to come on down to check it out. I took my sickly Bug in & they looked at it right away told me what the problem was, I was quoted a price & immediately looked online for estimates on similar jobs. They were at the lower end of the spectrum, they fixed the problem the same day & fixed a brake light that was out at no addt'l cost. Getting fast reliable & honest service at a reasonable price is getting harder to find nowadays, I'll take my Bug to Full Throttle from now on, Thanks Shannon, David, Mike & Justin, u guys r awesome!!!

My headlight went out in my VW and I took it to the local Orlando dealership for a quote on replacing it. Although it was cheaper than the tire retailer (surprise!) I still found the price to be a bit steep.

I heard about Full Throttle on Edgewater by researching CERTIFIED VW repair shops and I am SO GLAD I found them! The service is ALWAYS superior and the prices are FAIR! Without going in to too much detail I will say that I paid the guys over at Full Throttle MORE than what they charged me for the headlight because it was still under what I was about to get robbed for at the dealership AND the honesty and service made me feel as though they were genuinely concerned about my safety. I plan to go BACK to FT to have more service performed on my vehicle and look forward to seeing the friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend Full Throttle for all of your Volkswagen and Audi service needs.
