Company representative Victor provided service to me and this is an excellent service...the best I have seen so far and in any consumer device sector. I had an electronic problem with my newer VW passat. I didn't want it to get worse or even shut down (dealer advice- have it towed) on the drive to a dealership. I call this company and Victor came to my home and analyze the car for far less, almost half cost... I was happy. To top it off he describe fully what was wrong, and being handy, gave the options of them or myself doing the work. Now I know an available service that saves the dread of visiting a car dealer for repairs. Made my day. Many thanks. Ed
