Meetings Weddings

Being that it is a holiday season, I want to wish Ms Shaffer and her staff a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, the venue was perfect in every way and both telephonic and electronic coordination was both professional and extremely rewarding. The tour as well as the telephonic and electronic correspondence was extremely helpful and my family had a very nice time.

Just want to thank Avril and her staff for all their help I did all my conformation over the phone with Avril she was very polite in all matters didn't meet meet Avril until the day before the event and I travel from Dallas Texas everything was what the pictures show she walked me through everything and I was glad I found this venue. The only thing is bad is the Signage the sign for the venue need to be more visible the numbers on the building was confusing for someone traveling outertown its confusing otherwise it was wonderful . Thank you again!

I want to sincerely say thanks to the whole staff at Meetings & Weddings. Ms. Avril assured me from the first day I met with her that everything would be fine and it was. I rented the S package which allowed me access to the Kitchen and two restrooms for my guest. My 40th B-day Bash was a success and all of my friends and family enjoyed the atmosphere. I was able to bring Hollywood to Orlando and the Lightening effects did just that. Thanks again Ms. Avril, I would be honored to do business with you again and also refer friends and family. Truly Thanks for such a wonderful experience it was more than I expected.

I want to thank Avril for helping me all the way with my event. Thanks for answering every email in a timely same day manner. I am not really a phone person so every question was email and it would be answered quickly. The place was great my guest didn't even know this diamond existed they accommodated my time with additional requirements and that is what stood out most. I will rent again and highly recommend any one to this place for your event. We rented the S room and it was great right size, personal kitchen and bathrooms. The ceiling lighting off the chandelier was sexy I do recommend to bounce of and give that effect in the room. I am already thinking of what other event can I do. Thanks again my Anniversary party was a success...people you will not be disappointed.

I am so glad that we came across Meetings Weddings. Avril went out of her way to take care of all our arrangements, and many clarifying phone calls! GOD used her to bless us. Everything was extremely clean, and the options of the different size rooms was helpful. The location was also extremely convenient. I cannot fault any part of our experience with Avril. With a busy wedding schedule, we really needed to have someone to take a load off our shoulders with the reception, and Meetings Weddings did just that. I give Meetings Weddings 100 out of 100.
