I recently had a polo shirt embroidered at Embroidery Solutions and they surpassed all of my expectations. I was in a time crunch and needed the shirt done on the same day. I spoke with Andrew and explained what I was looking for. He searched the store for the style and size I was looking for and provided a quick solution. I was thoroughly impressed by his service and will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them for service and quality work!

I do not recommend Embroidery Solutions due to the poor customer service. Embroidery Solutions has been used by my company on numerous occasions for embroidered shirts. Recently I purchased another 2 shirts for myself. Right away the shirts started to de-thread. The threads were pulling from a number of different locations on each shirt and created very noticeable lines. This happened to the point that by the third time I went to wear one shirt it was in such poor condition I couldn't wear it. It was obvious that the fabric was defective because of the random nature of the threads being pulled. Even though it was clearly obvious that no normal wear would have caused such a defect and even though he couldn't imagine what I could have done to cause the problem the owner refused to replace the shirts or make amends in anyway. Instead, he actually hung up on me when I asked him to think of anything a person could have done to cause such a random anomaly. IMPRESSIVE!



If I could give less than one star I would. Bad form ESI.
