Bojangles'

The legendary Bojangles that has served the American South for so many years has finally made its way to Central Florida! For those who don't know, Bojangles is a chicken and biscuits place that started in the Carolinas in 1977 and has expanded to Southern states that would appreciate a fast version of down home cooking. The competition of KFC and Popeye’s have no chance in a taste test against Bojangles. Not to mention how superior Bojangles service is compared to the two. he taste of the chicken makes you feel like you're in the South. The biscuits are phenomenal. They make all their biscuits from scratch. They have full time biscuit makers that only make hot biscuits all day long. They also serve breakfast biscuit sandwiches all day as well. So breakfast is served any time of the day. Not bad at all :) I went there for opening day because I used to eat this a lot when I lived in Georgia and would travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on vacation. When I arrived it was packed. It seems like I wasn't the only one excited about the coming of Bojangles. They had excellent service for their grand opening having two employees on the floor picking up people's trays for them. I highly recommend the Cajun chicken club sandwich. Fried Cajun chicken, American cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo makes a great sandwich. All of their sides are awesome. The dirty rice, the Mac and cheese, the mashed potatoes, the BO ROUNDS. . If you want a quick snack, I highly recommend the biscuits like the southern style chicken biscuit. They serve breakfast all day every day. One of the best things there is the dessert. The sweet potato pie is out of this world. I literally think it's the best fast food dessert out there. It's compact, hand held, tasty, and hot. You really have to try it because no description will do it justice. Oh yeah they have these amazing cinnamon and Bo Berry biscuits that are so so delicious. I'm very happy that they came to an area of Orlando that would really appreciate it. All McDonalds and Chick Fil A's in the Orlando area really have their hands full now!!!
