Avenue

Manager is rude. I was in the store when she was giving a customer a hard time returning an item WITH a receipt! After the customer left, she told the other associate "If she cant afford our clothes, she should not shop here". She also has been rude to me concerning coupons. Said I could not use 2 even if they were paid with a c.c. and cash. I said " Ok, Ill be back tomorrow". she said "No because I know you. You cannot do that". Outrageous. I now drive several miles to the Avenue store in Rancho Cucamonga.

not effective customer service tried doing a return and the manager goes by her own rules and so does her asst. manager when the return policy is clearly posted on the wall, she tried to prevent me from doing a return I had to read the policy to her and once I got my store credit she refused to let me use it and said I had to wait 24 hours to use the store credit. I will not be going back to this store I have been a customer for the past 13 years
