Gateway Tire & Service Center

I discovered a large screw in my tire late yesterday. Took it to gateway olive branch(goodman rd/pleasant hill) today. Kenny(asst gen mgr) told me it would be 2-3 hrs before he could even take my car back. Me not wanting to wait and not having a ride asked if he would look at it and tell me the severity of it. He went above and beyond checking for leakage as well as checking the air pressure in each tire! I highly recommend this location just from this quick experience I had. Thank you Kenny for your help!!!

I came in at 7:20 to get a nail out of my tire....figured if I came early enough, I'd be in and out. ....WRONG!! 40+minutes later and, their finally done....always slow....every time I come here. My next set of tires will be purchased elsewhere.
