Southridge Manor Apartments

Home! I'm comfortable and maintenance is working hard to make repairs. Manager is very pleasant. Owners are great as well. Thanks for having us as part of the southridge manor family.

Poorly maintained rentals. We all expect it to crumble at any moment while half of the things in the apt are not working, no maintenance request forms are available, and the manager has hardly any people skills. She will scream at the top of her lungs, no matter how many people are around. The rent is the cheapest I know of ($350), which is the only reason I stay for the moment. The steps are constantly falling apart, causing countless injuries to tenants and frustration for the rest. The electrical system is shot, which poses a fire hazzard. On top of that, the manager requested I resubmit all of my maintenance requests because she lost them (but none are available fo rme to do so). Willing to pay more elsewhere to be in a nicer place. Shootings would happen often across the street, but OCPD cleaned that up (THANK YOU!). Can't wait to get outta here.
