Very rude and horrible customer service from owner and driver , Will never use again. Poor service and even worse equipment

By far the worst experience dealing with a tow company. I Had to get my truck towed because of a bad key chip. I had just bought the truck not even a month before this but had a recall on the key. The Dealership fixed it for free of course. But, I Got it back from dealership and my truck was covered in mud, the bumper was all scratched up and dented from this tow truck company. I called select wrecker and the owner was horrifically rude to me on the phone. I "had to make an appointment" to bring my truck to him so he can repetitively tell me "there's no way my truck did this damage". I told him what about human error? I also mentioned how they dealt with the back end of my truck, and that happens to be the end with the damage.... I got no response for that. All he repeated was we did not do this. As he was smoking and letting the ashes fall all over my truck... This man got so flustered he actually kicked the swivel part of his tow truck RIGHT INTO MY BUMPER and made a new scratch RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FATHER AND I. I was absolutely appalled and he STILL denied the other damage. Even when this new scratch was IDENTICAL to the other scratches and damage done. He walked inside for a moment, and a car pulled up by us and these people said they watched the whole time and said they were shocked how rude this man was acting towards us. They told us we should call the police because it was just that bad. Long story short, cops wouldn't help and he was getting so ugly that we just asked for a check for the damage he caused in front of us and I had to leave it at that. I will never recommend this place even if they were the only tow truck company open, I'd rather hitch on a dozen miniature horses to tow something rather than use this company. I now have to deal with my NEW truck being vandalized by these people and use money from my pocket to fix damage I did not cause.

Dan the Man saved the day!!! He was so nice and helpful. He showed up in no time and got everything fixed in a hurry!! Dan took the time to give my daughter some safety tips and discussed the proper way to merge back on to the hi-way safely and waited for us to get on down the road to make sure we didn't have any further troubles!! He is very appreciated!!
