Tina did awesome on my hair. I haven't had short hair in 15 years, and was very unsure about cutting a good foot and a half off my hair. She made it look amazing and way better than I imagined it to look. Thanks Tina!

I have gone into this Ouidad shop many times to purchase hair products which are not cheap. I have always been given a sample of any product that i want to try prior to purchase, except for today. Apparently, I was speaking with one of the owners when I asked to sample a product I have been interested in purchasing, NEVER have I had a problem before. Maybe, the stylist didnt get the message that they do not give samples, cause she was beginning to tell me they do not give samples. I corrected her as she was showing me small samples to purchase. I explained to her typically takes a product and squeezes in a small plastic container, or if its a shampoo a little squeeze bottle. BUT NOT TODAY. She appeared to be a bit baffled at this fact, or she may have ASSUMED, that I did not normally buy products in this salon. I have spent a great deal of money on products and I had recommended 2 of my relatives to buy their products from there. I still brought the items i went in there for, but I did make my concerns noted about this so-called co-owner. Very poor business etiquette over a squeeze of product for a few cents in what she would have received if I liked the product and monies from those referred. I will never patron this salon again to purchase Ouidad. I will purchase my products online and if I find a way to complain to Ouidad the company itself I will. I think its shameful when customers spend money at a business such as this one and they treat you as if you are either an idiot or you are not worth the money you spend. So word of caution, you may be treated nicely from the stylist, but you never know who you may speak with when you walk in the door.

Allie is the best ever! Anytime I need some style therapy this is where I go. I will never go to anyone else. Customer for life!

I found Stevie & Ouidad in 2012 after trying to find other salons/solutions to tame my curly hair! Almost a year later I still love wearing my hair curly (which I had not done in 20 years...)! Stevie is an amazing stylist who really takes the time to talk about what is working, what is not working and what one hopes to maintain in terms of maintenance and style. Most recently I went to see Stevie hoping for a style that was both attractive and low-maintenance. I walked out with a super cute bob and products that are easy to use. I adore her work ethic, vision and professionalism. I will definitely continue making the jog from Tulsa to OKC to have Stevie maintain my hair!

OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!! ELISA IS A MIRACLE WORKER!!!! I BROKE DOWN AND DECIDED TO GET A OUIDAD CUT AFTER HAVING NO LUCK GETTING MY CURLY HAIR BACK TO NORMAL ( MY HAIR TEXTURE CHANGED AFTER CUTTING MY HAIR OFF INTO A BOB AND STRAIGHTING IT FOR ATLEAST 2 YRS. IT WAS MORE WAVE AND STRAIGHT THEN ACTUAL CURL.) SO I DECIDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT SCHARDEIN & CO. BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN OKLAHOMA THAT OFFER THIS AMAZING CUT AND ELISA IS TOP NOTCH IN MY OPINION. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT MY HAIR; FROM MY PRODUCT REGIMEN, TO HOW OFTEN I WASH MY HAIR, TO WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE FROM MY CUT. I WILL ADMIT I WASNT QUITE SURE IF THIS WAS GOING TO WORK BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED EVERY PRODUCT OUT THERE TO GET MY CURLS BACK AND NOTHING! THANK GOD FOR ELISA SHE IS A WHIZ AT WHAT SHE DOES. SHE WAS ABLE TO DEFINE EVERY STRAND AND CUT THEM TO PERFECTION MY HAIR IS FULL OF SOFT BOUNCY RINGLETS!!!!! PLUS SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AT EXPLAINING THE PROCESS WHAT PRODUCTS SHE WAS USING AND HOW TO USE THEM. I WAS ALSO WORRIED BECAUSE I AM MIXED WITH WHITE AND BLACK AND WASNT SURE IF SHE WOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH ALL TYPES OF CURLY HAIR WELL SHE MOST DEFINITELY PROVED ME WRONG, ELISA IS TRULY AN ARTIST AT WHAT SHE DOES AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER I HAVE BEEN SMILING ALLLLL DAY LONG AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELISA AND HER OUIDAD CUTS TO EVERY CURLY OUT THERE!!!! FOR $100 IT IS EXTREMELY WORTH IT AND YOU DONT EVEN NEED ANOTHER CUT UNTIL 12 WEEKS! (RECOMMENDED) I WILL BE BACK TO SEE ELISA AGAIN AND I AM FOREVER HOOKED!!!!

Love this place! Everyone is friendly and so very talented. My stylist (Reneaa) knew exactly what to do with my hair and the products that would work best for my type of hair. She taught me how to style my hair so that I could manage my hairstyle.

Ok who do they think they are? I have been to many top quality salons herein OKC and recieved great service as well as hair cut. A friend told me about this place so I decided to go and get my roots touched up and a stlye out since I had a party to attend. WOW not only did they not do a very good job on the style they charged me 165.00 for a root touch up. Am I missing something. NOT going back sorry .

So I gave this place several tries. At first I liked it, I thought I was becoming a regular. Then this one time happened, I had an appt and showed up 15 minutes early. I waited and waited, and finally after an hour my regular hairdresser came to the front and finally saw me. I figured out they had a large bunch of prom girls there and they were trying to get as many in as possible, so a regular like me got bumped and not even apologized to. Then, on another occasion I went home after a color and was not perfectly happy, so I called and asked for a slight adjustment, I offered to pay as well. It was really just a matter of toning it. So I made another appointment and when I came in the hairdresser acted as if I had insulted them by not being completely satisfied with the color. I tried to be super nice and thanked them for getting me back in. They were then suppose to do a normal trim and the hairdresser cut a huge "mushroom" short layer out of my long hair in the back! It looked aweful! I had no idea till I got home, they were able to blend it before I left. I had grown my hair out for a long time and this was a very vindictive thing to do just over a hair color. I was a good customer, always made appts ahead of time, bought product regularly.

I recently had a cut and color service at Schardein and co and had the most amazing service! The front desk was very welcoming and the stylist I had was very educated. He had a full consult with me before we started and really listened to what I was looking for. He educated me on all my hair needs. The product he used was an amazing fit and they are the only salon in Oklahoma that carried this product. Overall I think this salon is the best in Okc and i even prebooked my next appointment!

I have been going to schardein for 3 years. I have naturally curly hair. Well my stylist goes to New York for a "special training" where they supposedly have to sign a contract in order to be certified by Ouidad that they have to charge the same price as they do Ouidad NY so now if you have naturally curly you either have to pay $100.00 for just a haircut or settle for a "less experienced" stylist. If you have naturally curly you will get robbed by this place...someone needs to explain that this OKC not NYC and they should consider the needs and budgets of their clients over the prestige of being certified by some woman who claims to be a curly specialist, yet sells her products on QVC!!!

Everyone really knows what they are doing and are excellent with color. The customer service is excellent!
